Twenty years, one person, the same standard

JK Pools and Spas is owned and run by Jeff Kingdon. Every visit is Jeff — not a rotating crew.

The honest approach

Water chemistry is a science.
Trust shouldn't be.

Twenty years servicing pools and hot tubs across the Fraser Valley. In that time the equipment has changed a fair bit and the chemistry hasn't changed at all — what's actually different between one service company and the next is whether they test properly and tell you the truth about what they find.

If a part can be cleaned instead of replaced, it gets cleaned. If something can wait a season, you'll hear that too. That's how a one-man company keeps customers for decades, and it's the thing customers mention most often when they write a review.

What owner-operated actually means

No dispatcher, no upsell script

The same person, every visit

Which means nobody has to be brought up to speed on your pool's quirks each time — the history is already in the van.

You talk to the owner

The number on this site rings Jeff. Quotes, scheduling and the awkward conversations all go through the person doing the work.

No commission on parts

There's no target to hit, so there's no reason to replace something that had life left in it.
